Preply Blocked My Account After Charging Me for a Monthly Membership
About a week ago, I purchased a standard monthly membership on Preply, and $100 was charged to my credit card. I started my membership after completing a trial lesson and carried out a few activities on the platform. However, shortly afterward, my account was blocked without any explanation.
I was not informed of the reason for the suspension, and I received no warning or justification regarding why my account was closed. I have tried contacting Preply multiple times through the live support chat, but each time the conversation is abruptly ended, and I receive no response or assistance at all. At this point, my access to my account is completely blocked, and I am experiencing clear financial and service-related harm.
I am requesting that my account (e******@aof.anadolu.edu.tr) be reopened**, and that my grievance be properly addressed, either by restoring my access or providing a clear explanation and appropriate resolution.
