I asked for a refund from Resume Coach but they declined my request. What's their refund terms?

As per the reimbursement guidelines of Resume Coach, for the 14-Day Basic subscription plan:

There is no refund for the initial trial period fee.
If the customer requests a refund, they will be issued for the last "membership fee" that was charged in the month that they requested to cancel their subscription plan. "Membership fees" that have already been paid before the cancellation request date, however, are not refundable.
Even in the event that the customer requests a refund prior to Paddle.com Inc. getting involved, the refund policy is still in effect.
It's important to remember that if it turns out that the customer has abused the subscription plan and services, the company has the right to refuse requests for refunds. Furthermore, only one refund will be handled for the total number of subscriptions made by the Customer if they have made multiple purchases in the 12 months prior to the date of the refund request.

Companies may adjust their refund conditions, making it crucial to verify the most recent information directly from Resume Coach.
