Resume Coach has charged 1,046 TL from my account without my consent. I have no knowledge of this transaction, and I did not make any purchase. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights. Therefore, I am urgently requesting a refund. Additionally, I want to emphasize that I have not used the application.
