ResumeCoach Charged ₺1086 Without My Consent Despite No Subscription

A year ago, I used ResumeCoach to create a CV and paid a one-time fee. However, they recently charged ₺1086 from my account without my authorization, even though I never signed up for any subscription. This is unacceptable and feels like an intentional attempt to mislead customers. I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged. I also plan to file complaints with all relevant authorities and my bank to address this unauthorized transaction. How can a company charge for a service I never agreed to? I am extremely disappointed and expect ResumeCoach to resolve this issue promptly to restore my trust.
