I was quite surprised to find out that Resume Coach had deducted $29.95 (₺1008.04) from my bank account without my permission or knowledge. Even though I didn't give my approval, this amount was deducted from my bank card. I kindly request a prompt refund of the deducted amount and would greatly appreciate urgent feedback from the Resume Coach regarding this matter. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, and I demand that the company fix this situation quickly.
