ResumeCoach Charged Me $29.95 Monthly Without Consent and Refused to Refund

ResumeCoach has been charging $29.95 to my credit card every month without my consent. I never authorized any subscription or recurring payments. These charges are completely unauthorized, and I demand that they stop immediately. I also request a full refund of all amounts deducted so far. Furthermore, I expect ResumeCoach to terminate any unauthorized membership linked to my account without delay and compensate me for this financial loss. It is unacceptable for a company to process transactions without clear permission. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to relevant authorities. I urge ResumeCoach to act responsibly and address this concern as soon as possible.
