I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized Resume Coach Subscription Charge

I am writing regarding an unexpected charge of $29.95 made by Resume Coach for the CV builder service on 03/06/2026, taken from my Visa card ending in 0000. I had already cancelled my subscription before this date, so I did not authorize this payment and was surprised to see it charged without any prior notice. After noticing the charge, I contacted Resume Coach customer service, but so far I have not received any response or solution regarding this issue. The lack of feedback is causing additional frustration, as I do not know why I was charged after cancelling. I kindly request a full refund of the $29.95 that was taken from my card and written confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that no further charges will be made in the future.
