Hello, I recently purchased the premium options on your website www.resumecoach.com to download my CV in PDF format for $0.95, valid for 14 days. However, I was surprised to find out that I was charged $29.95 after 14 days and that should be the case for every two weeks, which was not mentioned anywhere during the purchase process. This is an unreasonable and exorbitant amount, especially considering that it was not disclosed upfront or not even a notification that they will play with my bank information and just change the amount to an unbelievable amount. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge made to my card ending in 2312. I expect the refund to be processed promptly. I'm aware that several others have faced similar issues with your company, and I'm disappointed by the lack of transparency and integrity in your business practices. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly and refund my money without any further delay. Please confirm once the refund has been processed. Thank you.
