ResumeCoach Deducts $30 from My Account
On March 21st, I made a payment of 30 Turkish lira for a CV I was editing. Surprisingly, ResumeCoach deducted $30 (₺970) from my account without my authorization. I haven't bought any services from ResumeCoach and I don't plan on doing so.
I kindly request a prompt refund of the deducted amount. If a refund is not issued promptly, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Court.
