Resume Coach Kept Charging Me After I Requested Cancellation

After using the Resume Coach service once, I emailed the company on March 12, 2025, clearly stating that I wanted to cancel my membership. Despite this request, my membership was not canceled, and my credit card continued to be charged every month. To date, a total amount of approximately 6,500 TL (about $150 USD) has been charged to my card.

Even though these charges continued repeatedly, I have received no response at all to the emails I sent to customer support. I contacted them using the email address associated with my membership, and I do not have any reference or ticket number.

I am requesting that my membership be canceled immediately and that all fees charged to my card up to this point be fully refunded to me.
