ResumeCoach Charged Me $33 Without Authorization After a $0.95 CV Purchase

I paid $0.95 for a CV on ResumeCoach, but I was later charged over $33 without my authorization. I did not subscribe to any service or make any additional payment after the initial purchase. I don’t understand why I was charged again, as I only requested the CV, paid for it at the time, and never returned to the site. I expect a solution to this issue and a refund for the unauthorized charge. Thank you.
