Demanding Refund for Unauthorized ResumeCoach Charges

I used the ResumeCoach platform only once for a single transaction and made a one-time payment for that service. However, I later discovered that in November and December 2025, as well as January 2026, a total amount of $92 was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card ending in 5018, without my knowledge or consent.

I was never informed about these charges, and I absolutely did not give explicit consent for any membership or subscription to be created in my name. I do not accept these unauthorized transactions and consider them unlawful.

I am demanding a full refund of the total unauthorized amount of $92 and the immediate and permanent cancellation of any membership or subscription that may have been created under my name.

Even though I have contacted the company, I have not received any resolution, and my situation remains unresolved. If my issue is not resolved as soon as possible, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and exercise all of my legal rights.
