I used ResumeCoach to create a CV once and paid just $0.95 for the service. Despite not subscribing or authorizing any membership, they charged me $29.95 afterward without my consent. This transaction was done without my knowledge, and I never agreed to any recurring payments.

I demand an immediate refund of the $29.95. If my money is not returned promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities for unauthorized transactions. Companies like ResumeCoach should not exploit users with hidden charges, and I urge them to take responsibility for resolving this issue.
