Resume Coach Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

I cancelled my monthly subscription with Resume Coach through the website on 24 January, but despite this, I was still charged again on 3 March via my bank card. In my bank app, the payment only appears as an e-commerce payment without any detailed invoice or transaction ID. The amount charged was THB 986 (approximately 31 USD). After noticing this unauthorized charge, I contacted Resume Coach by email, but I have not received any response so far. I do not understand why I was charged after cancelling my subscription properly through the website, and this situation makes me feel that my cancellation has not been respected. I kindly request a full refund of the amount THB 986 / 31 USD that was charged on 3 March, and I also ask that my subscription be fully cancelled in your system so that no further payments are taken from my bank card.
