Unauthorized Charges from Resume Coach – Requesting Immediate Refund
I recently discovered that Resume Coach charged my bank account twice, each time over ₺1000, without my permission or knowledge. I did not authorize these transactions, and I demand a full refund of the unauthorized amounts. Additionally, if I have an active membership on the site, I request its immediate cancellation. If this issue is not resolved and the funds are not returned, I will pursue legal action. It’s unacceptable for these charges to be made without my consent, and I expect this to be corrected promptly.
