Ray Insurance's Neglect for Auto Glass Repair

I've been attempting to contact a repair provider for my broken car window for about two days. When I dial 4-1, however, customer care does not provide the necessary information concerning auto glass damage reporting or repair services. They don't pick up the phone or participate in conversation. Surprisingly, despite the fact that Ray Insurance and Carglass are independent organizations, Ray Insurance's customer service redirects to Carglass's customer service. Unfortunately, Carglass, which lacks a branch or service center in the central Bolu district, also lacks alternatives for other service providers. I'd expect to interact with Ray Insurance if I bought my policy from them. Despite the fact that they are a globally recognized and reputable company, their service has been pretty poor. Even the customer support line for damage reporting that I dialed 5-4 remains unavailable. I'm trying to connect as I write this, but no response is received, and the call goes unanswered. Shame on you, Ray Insurance!
