Ray Insurance Ignored My Claim for 15 Days and My Car Is Still Not Repaired

There is dissatisfaction and lack of attention at Ray Insurance. My claim was filed on February 13, and 15 business days have passed. Today is March 5, but the status of the report is still unclear. I don't understand what they are waiting for. My left headlight isn't working, and I can't see the road at night. If I were to get into another accident or a serious incident, who would take responsibility? There's no one to talk to, and the interest is zero. Despite leaving multiple calls and complaint records, there has been no response. I'm essentially being mistreated despite paying for the service. During this period, with the rain and snow, my car could face even bigger problems. What would happen if my car caught fire due to a short circuit?
