Renault Maintenance Service Broke My Car's Headlight
For almost a year, I've been struggling to get a proper solution, but nobody seems to care. During a routine check, the authorized service of Çelik breaks my car's headlight glass. Despite my requests, neither the service nor Renault headquarters provides access to the camera footage. Six months later, they called claiming a "minor fire in the service" and that they couldn't retrieve the camera footage. Are they joking? What are they hiding? Obviously, they broke it in the service, and I won't fall for their game of not replacing a headlight glass! I'm disappointed in both companies! This level of indifference and mocking behavior is unacceptable for a brand like Renault and its authorized service!
