Ray Insurance Fails to Provide Urgent Assistance in Car Repair Process
On July 3, 2023, in the district of Fethiye, I was involved in a one-sided accident with my vehicle, registered with license plate 34 PB 43**. I immediately contacted Ray Insurance for assistance in addressing the damages to my car. They pointed me in the direction of a contracted service center in Fethiye's industrial zone. Despite the minor nature of the damage, they insisted on keeping my vehicle for about 15-20 days. They assured me that an alternate vehicle would be provided, allowing me to return to my Istanbul residence. However, the rental period is coming to an end, and they are now demanding that I return the vehicle to Fethiye, even though my car has not yet been released from the service center. They anticipate that I will make two unnecessary trips. What is the point of having insurance if I incur costs during this process? My round-trip travel costs more than the anticipated repairs, which were only supposed to involve replacing some plastic parts. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, Ray Insurance has demonstrated no willingness to help, expedite the process, or provide support for my vehicle. I'm constantly being redirected from one person to another, and we, the customers, suffer as a result. I urgently request Ray Insurance's assistance in this matter.
