Disappointing Experience With Ray Insurance
Due to an accident we had on October 14, 2025, we applied for our car insurance service through Ray Insurance. Our vehicle has been in the service for almost 10 days, yet there has been no progress in part supply and no responsible contact person. In addition, we were informed that our headlight, which cannot be properly repaired and may cause issues later, can only be fixed based on the clauses stated in the policy, and replacement is not an option. Ray Insurance strictly follows the policy terms without taking any initiative. The service I received has been completely disappointing. I strongly recommend anyone considering Ray Insurance for car insurance to research thoroughly before making a decision.

I recommend you do thorough research before getting a policy and only deal with companies that actually provide service. Whenever we call, our complaints are forwarded somewhere and forwarded again... If you don't call, there isn't a single person who will get back to you. Truly excellent service, keep it up. On top of all this, you even send out a survey as if to rub it in—what a great move from every angle. Ray Sigorta again? Never again.
