Puma Shoes Sold at Deichmann: Quality and Service Disasters
I got myself a pair of Puma sneakers from Deichmann about three months back. I would switch between them, wearing each pair for 2 to 3 days every week. At first, I was really happy with the shoes - everything seemed fine at the beginning. But as time went on, the back of the shoes started to cave in. Something that was initially a small annoyance turned into a big problem. I tried to fix it by putting foam padding inside for support, but that didn't work; it just made my feet feel squeezed. I decided to give them back instead of struggling with temporary fixes. I told the store what happened, and they sent the shoes to be checked. Not long after, they gave me a call and delivered some bad news: they denied my request, saying it was due to a "user error." When I asked for an explanation, they didn't say anything. Dealing with their customer service was just as frustrating. Nobody gave a good answer or seemed like they wanted to help. It's really shameful how they treat their customers. I'm really committed to filing complaints wherever I can.
