FILA Men’s Shoes from Deichmann Cracked in Weeks and They Refused a Refund Twice
I bought a pair of FILA men’s sneakers from Deichmann and was assured the shoes came with a 6-month warranty. I even paid extra for protective treatment and additional coverage. But in less than a month, the leather on the shoes started to crack—completely unacceptable for a product I barely had time to break in.
When I brought the shoes back, Deichmann staff said they needed to be evaluated under warranty. Not once, but twice, I sent the shoes in. And both times, they just told me, “There’s nothing wrong, come pick up your shoes.” No responsibility taken. No solution offered. I’m not just disappointed—I feel cheated.
If a pair of shoes can’t last a month without falling apart, that’s not a customer issue—it’s a quality issue. I demand a full refund for this defective product. I will never shop at Deichmann again, and I strongly warn others to think twice before doing so.
