I bought a pair of shoes from Deichmann on 12.03, hoping they would be a trustworthy and long-lasting choice. Unfortunately, after only 4 months of regular use, I started experiencing major problems with the shoes. There were signs of wear and tear, with noticeable discoloration on the upper part. I returned the shoes to Deichmann in the 7th month, hoping for a resolution. I handed over my receipt, which may be a little worn out but still clearly shows it's from Deichmann. I then shared my concerns with them. Regrettably, they responded stating that the problems were to be expected due to the product's regular usage. They claimed that this level of deterioration is to be expected after 4 months, which I find difficult to believe. I'd like to emphasize the situation I'm facing. The black parts of the shoes have faded and the color has completely worn out. In addition, the soles of the shoes are detaching at different spots, which is quite worrisome. Both shoes are displaying signs of poor quality, indicating that it's not an isolated issue. I didn't abuse these shoes; they were simply used like any ordinary sneaker. I refrained from engaging in athletic activities while wearing them or exposing them to extreme conditions. I can't help but question how a product can deteriorate so drastically in such a brief period. I invested a significant amount of money in these shoes, with the expectation that they would endure for a considerably longer period of time. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product's quality and the unsatisfactory response from Deichmann. I am quite dissatisfied with this experience, and I expect Deichmann to treat my complaint with the seriousness it deserves and resolve the issue appropriately.
