Puma Shoes Cracking & Tearing After Less Than a Year
On March 28, 2023, I purchased a pair of Puma shoes. Within a year, the leather started cracking and eventually tearing. Despite not wearing the shoes frequently, they became unwearable. I reported this issue to Puma, but received no response for two months. After numerous calls, I finally received a negative response. I filed another complaint, only to be met with another negative response.
For comparison, I have a pair of shoes from another brand that I've been wearing for four to five years without any problems. This isn't about the money or the shoes themselves; it's about the principle. I've encountered the same issue twice with Puma shoes, experiencing consistent tearing problems.
Puma needs to focus on proper manufacturing and customer satisfaction. They are not standing behind the quality of their shoes. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I expected better quality and customer service from a brand like Puma.
