I have experienced serious quality problems with my Pull&Bear chain strap shoulder bag, with barcode number 14179240040039, which I purchased about eight months ago. The chain part of my bag has peeled off, and different color changes have occurred on the surface of the chain. This situation completely ruined the aesthetic appearance of my bag and made it unusable.
As a customer who has preferred Pull&Bear brand bags and clothes for many years, this situation has seriously disappointed me about the quality and durability of your brand. In addition to being a well-known and prestigious brand worldwide, Pull&Bear is a brand that I know has high standards in product quality and customer satisfaction. However, such a serious deformation in just eight months of use has caused these standards to be questioned.
My expectation from your brand is to eliminate this grievance I have experienced by acting in accordance with the principle of customer satisfaction. Since it is not possible to use my bag in its current state, I request that my bag be replaced with a new one or replaced with an equivalent model with similar features, following this complaint.
Due to the trust and loyalty I have had in your brand for years, I would like to express my belief that this request will be concluded positively as soon as possible. I would like to thank you in advance for your relevant department's sensitivity and understanding on this matter.
