My Pull & Bear Bag Straps Wore Out After 7 Months

I bought a black bag from your brand on November 29, 2024. Despite not using the bag heavily and never overfilling it, the inside of the strap areas has completely worn away and frayed!

This is completely unacceptable for a product that's barely seven months old. I firmly believe you've used substandard materials. This isn't normal wear and tear; it's a clear quality defect. I expected a durable bag for the price I paid, not one that falls apart with light use.

Pull & Bear, you need to recognize this bag as a defective product and compensate me for my loss! This is a blatant quality control failure. Replace this faulty bag or issue a full refund now!
