On the product page, it was clearly stated that the items would be shipped within 2–4 business days. However, as of today—13 days later—my order still has not been shipped, and I have not received any update from your side.
On December 8, 2025, I contacted your customer service regarding this delay, and I was told there was a backlog at the warehouse. However, at the time I placed my order, the system explicitly promised shipping within 2–4 business days, and I made my purchase based on that information. The current delay far exceeds the stated timeframe, and this situation is causing me inconvenience and frustration.
I understand that warehouse operations can be challenging, but failing to meet the promised shipping window is not acceptable from a consumer standpoint. I request that my order be shipped immediately and urgently; otherwise, I ask that my order be cancelled and that the amount I paid be refunded without delay. I also reserve all my legal rights in this matter.
