I Face Pull & Bear Not Shipping My Order Despite the 2–4 Business Day Guarantee

On November 28, I placed an order through the Pull & Bear Turkey mobile app for two sweatshirts under order number 20269708769. On the product page, it was clearly stated that the items would be shipped within 2–4 business days. However, as of today—13 days later—my order still has not been shipped, and I have not received any update from your side.

On December 8, 2025, I contacted your customer service regarding this delay, and I was told there was a backlog at the warehouse. However, at the time I placed my order, the system explicitly promised shipping within 2–4 business days, and I made my purchase based on that information. The current delay far exceeds the stated timeframe, and this situation is causing me inconvenience and frustration.

I understand that warehouse operations can be challenging, but failing to meet the promised shipping window is not acceptable from a consumer standpoint. I request that my order be shipped immediately and urgently; otherwise, I ask that my order be cancelled and that the amount I paid be refunded without delay. I also reserve all my legal rights in this matter.
