I recently ordered an item from Pull and Bear online after my spouse tried it on in-store. Due to credit card issues, I chose to place the order from home, expecting a smooth experience. However, when the package arrived, it came in a large, awkward paper bag, and to my surprise, the security tag was still attached!
It’s shocking that a store as established as Pull and Bear would overlook such an important detail. Now, I’m left unable to wear the item and will have to make a trip to the store just to have the tag removed. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care. Pull and Bear needs to ensure their items are fully ready for customers when shipped.
