I placed an order with Pull and Bear on January 6th (Order No. 20065485210), only to have it canceled 12 days later due to being out of stock - despite the fact that I could see it still in stock when I placed the order, both online and in store. Are stocks not checked before orders are processed? If there was indeed a problem with stock availability, why wasn't I notified after my purchase so I could go buy it from the store before waiting for 12 days? And despite me speaking with them on WhatsApp about my order status on January 12th and 16th, the stock situation was still unclear. It feels like they were just leaving me in limbo without any explanations or updates. For me to be treated this way by such a company is deeply irresponsible - this is how you end up hurting people! To make up for their mistake, I request that my order be completed and delivered by checking domestic/foreign store stocks of the product.
