I Ordered from Pull and Bear Online but My Item Still Isn’t Ready After 11 Days

I placed an order on the Pull and Bear website, and it’s been 11 days—yet the status still says “preparing.” I contacted customer service, and they told me there’s a supply issue. Honestly, how is that acceptable?

They had no problem taking my money instantly, yet now I’m the one left waiting indefinitely. If the item is out of stock, then update your website accordingly. That’s not the customer’s responsibility—it’s yours. Why list something as available if it clearly isn’t?

This kind of delay without any proactive communication is extremely unprofessional. I expect immediate action: either ship my order right away or provide a full refund in ₺. Pull and Bear needs to start respecting its customers’ time and money.
