Pull and Bear Missing Product Grievance
I bought 3 items from the Pull and Bear brand's own app on January 4, 2023. I received the package via UPS Turkey on January 13, and only one item was inside. I immediately contacted Pull and Bear via WhatsApp. They said that their system showed 3 items were delivered. They said they would review it again and get back to me within 72 hours. 72 hours passed. When I didn't hear back, I wrote again. They said the items had been delivered to me without any missing. I sent a photo of the package I received. I asked how 3 items could fit into this small package. The item I received was a pair of leggings. I had bought a knit sweater and a cardigan. I only have the leggings. I said I would return the leggings. But I did not say to create a return request. An email for a return request immediately came. Those who respond late on WhatsApp quickly created a return request. I said I did not request such a thing. My only evidence is these leggings and the package. They said it wouldn't be a problem if I didn't return it, the return code doesn't matter. They spoke in a condescending manner. When I mentioned this, they said it wasn't like that, etc. They said they would contact the shipping company again. They asked for 2 more days. I am waiting. My money and my purchases are gone. I am a victim; if necessary, I will go to Consumer Rights.
The latest development is that I called UPS. They said the package they carried contained a cardigan. So supposedly the sweater was in the package, but I received leggings, and the fate of the sweater is unknown. I am a victim. If necessary, I will write every day.
