On January 4, I placed an online order for 1500₺ and 400₺ worth of items, which were to be delivered to the Akasya AVM Pull and Bear store. When I went to pick up my 400₺ worth of items, I was told that my 1500₺ order was not there. I checked the online cargo tracking and noticed that while my 400₺ order was marked as "on the way" with a green tick, my 1500₺ order had suddenly turned to gray. When I confronted the store, they insisted that the items had not been delivered. I am attaching a photo of the tracking page. I paid for the items on January 4 and expected them to arrive by January 18, yet here I am on January 28 and I still haven't received them. I contacted the customer service via WhatsApp line and they said they would get back to me by email, but there has been no news or email from them.
