I placed an order for three products with Pull and Bear in Turkey, and they canceled it without informing me. The most aggravating aspect is that they did not bother to notify me before canceling my order. They claim to be able to refund my order, but I don't want a refund; I want my products. I had been anticipating them with bated breath, and now I'm disappointed. Why did they sell the products in the first place if they didn't have them? This is not good customer service, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. I'm hoping they'll accept responsibility for their error and make things right by sending me my products or offering me a better solution.
