Unauthorized Charges by Playweez: Demanding a Refund

Due to a confirmation message and automatic code filling, Turk Telekom added an unauthorized and illegal charge of 89 Turkish Lira to my mobile GSM line. This charge was added through the Playweez platform. I immediately stopped using the service, and I am now requesting a refund of the 89 TL that was deducted from my account. In addition, in the future, I do not want the Playweez application to send me any offers or advertisements of any kind. In the event that you fail to comply, I will initiate any and all necessary legal actions and proceedings. I would like it to be brought to your attention that I am requesting a refund of the 89 Turkish Lira charge.
