Playweez Must Refund Unjustly Charged Money

I am a Turk Telekom mobile customer. On November 18, 2023, I received an SMS with a password for the Playweez subscription sent to my phone, followed by another SMS confirming the initiation of the subscription a few minutes later. This transaction was carried out without my knowledge or consent. I did not apply for the subscription, and I did not use the application in question. As soon as I noticed the message, I canceled the subscription. I demand the immediate refund of the unjustly charged 109 TL to my bill. This is outright fraud! Partnering with Turk Telekom and instantly charging my bill 110 TL without cause is unacceptable.
