Tango Live Removed My Earnings and Left My Balance at Zero

I have been using the Tango Live app with the username @lovelyco and had accumulated around 100,000 coins over several months, which I estimate to be worth roughly 500 dollars. I have never successfully made a withdrawal from this account. When I previously tried to withdraw, the request was rejected because my account was not verified, and I was informed that my account was under review. I had not been online for a while, and when I checked my Tango Live account yesterday, my balance was suddenly showing 0. All of my earnings and coins have disappeared, even though I have never withdrawn any money from this account. I contacted Tango Live support about this situation, but I have not received any response yet. I kindly request a clear explanation of why my 100,000 coins and earnings have been removed and for my missing balance to be restored to my account or paid out to me if there is any issue with the account. I would also like to know the result of the “account review” that was mentioned when my earlier withdrawal attempt was rejected.
