I Face a Missing 4rabet Withdrawal Despite Paid Out Status

I am using the 4rabet app in India and recently made a withdrawal to my SBI bank account. On 12 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹17,566. In the 4rabet app, this transaction has been showing as “paid out” from that date until today, but the amount has still not been credited to my SBI bank account. I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue and they informed me that the amount has been processed from their end. However, despite this statement and the continuous “paid out” status in the app, there has been no actual credit in my bank account, and no further explanation has been provided. I request that this transaction be investigated in detail, including a complete trace of the payment, and that the amount of ₹17,566 be either immediately credited to my SBI account or refunded to me through a reliable alternative method. I expect a clear written explanation and a prompt resolution of this issue.
