I Face a Permanent Starmaker Mute Without a Clear Reason

I am a Starmaker user and my account has been permanently muted without any valid reason, and I would like this situation to be reviewed urgently. On 3 June 2026, while I was talking with my friends in my own room, my account suddenly became muted. When I exited and re‑entered the room, I saw that my ID had been permanently muted and I have not been able to use my account normally since then. I submitted an appeal through your channels, but the response I received was a rejection, without a clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I am not aware of any violation I may have committed, and I believe this permanent mute is unfair and has been applied in error. I request that my account be thoroughly checked, the reason for the mute be clearly explained, and if there is no concrete violation, my ID be fully restored and the permanent mute removed. I expect my account to be given back to me permanently so that I can continue using Starmaker as before.
