I was recently surprised to discover an unauthorized charge of 109 Turkish Liras on my GSM line, which was registered under the number 05412625***. This fee was incurred as a result of an approval message and automatic code filling through the Playweez platform. I immediately stopped using the service because I had never agreed to such charges. I demand that the 109TL deducted from my account be refunded in full. Furthermore, I would like to state unequivocally that I do not wish to receive any future offers or advertisements from the Playweez application. If you do not comply, I will take whatever legal action is necessary. It is critical that the 109 Turkish Liras deducted be refunded as soon as possible. Your patience and prompt resolution of this issue are greatly appreciated.
