Playweez Started an Unauthorized Subscription Through My Postpaid Line

The company Playweez initiated a subscription under my name through my Türk Telekom postpaid line, resulting in charges being added to my bill. When I contacted Türk Telekom, they informed me that while the subscription could be canceled, the refund would have to be processed by Playweez. I am requesting a refund from Playweez for the amount of ₺436. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I am prepared to pursue all legal options available to me. If necessary, I will escalate the matter to CİMER or even take it to court. I kindly request your cooperation in resolving this matter.
