Amazon Pay Deducted My Application Fee but My Application Remains Failed

My name is Biswajit P**. While applying for the Chemistry undergraduate course at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belur Math, I was asked to pay 425 taka as the application fee. I paid this amount on 3 June 2026 through Amazon Pay wallet. Although the amount of 425 taka has been successfully debited from my Amazon Pay wallet, my application status on the admission system is still showing as "failed". The Amazon Pay transaction reference for this payment is P04-8312537-3453221. Because of this issue, my application is not being accepted even though I have already paid the required fee. I kindly request that the failed application/payment issue be resolved or my 425 taka be refunded to my Amazon Pay wallet as soon as possible, and that my UG Chemistry application be confirmed if the payment is valid.
