Playweez Charged Me ₺175 for an Unauthorized Subscription Without My Approval

I am a Türk Telekom mobile customer. A subscription to Playweez via the number 3699 was activated without my knowledge. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of Playweez. I canceled the subscription by messaging the number 3699, but they informed me that I could still use the subscription service for a month. I immediately saw a charge of ₺175 applied to my Türk Telekom bill. I am requesting a refund for this unjust charge. Otherwise, I will report this as a case of fraud. I believe Türk Telekom should not be involved in such misleading practices. Be advised that if the ₺175 charge for a service I didn’t knowingly subscribe to is not refunded, I will take legal action. If Türk Telekom insists on taking this payment, it will lose my trust.
