Türk Telekom Charged Me for a Playweez Subscription I Never Approved or Requested

As a Türk Telekom mobile customer, on March 29, 2025, I received an SMS from 3699 containing a code related to a Playweez subscription, and just a few minutes later, I received another SMS confirming that the subscription had been activated. This transaction was carried out without my knowledge or consent. I did not apply for any subscription. Upon checking the Türk Telekom mobile app, I saw the Playweez subscription listed and canceled it immediately after noticing the message. However, I later realized that ₺200 had already been added to my bill. I am requesting the immediate refund of this unfairly charged ₺200 from my April bill. If not resolved, I will pursue all available legal options.
