I had a terrible time with Philips's customer service when I returned a faulty air fryer

I recently purchased an Airfryer from Philips Cepa Store, but was completely disappointed by the experience. On the second day, I tried to return the product which I hadn't even opened, but was met with hostile and uncooperative employees. They refused to take the product back and even insulted me, stating that I should have thought better before buying. To my shock, I later found out that the store employee had misled me about the product, trying to sell me a lower model by denigrating the upper one. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt like I was taken advantage of. I was treated so poorly that I had to leave the product in the store and leave, which is not what I had expected from a well-known brand like Philips. I am well aware of my rights as a consumer and am considering taking this issue to the judiciary if necessary. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business and its employees who clearly do not value their customers. This experience has completely ruined the joy of buying a new product for me.
