Faulty Philips Airfryer - A Disappointing Unboxing Experience

Unboxing my Philips Airfryer revealed an unpleasant surprise. I eagerly turned it on the day it arrived, only to discover that it did not heat up at all. Instead, it makes a constant motor noise before shutting down. Regardless of whether I set it for 5 or 10 minutes, it cycles between working and stopping; it always defaults to 30 minutes. I clearly received a defective product, and I'm extremely disappointed. This experience falls far short of my expectations as a customer. I expected a dependable and functional product when I invested in a brand like Philips. However, I was disappointed, and I'm filing a formal complaint about the faulty Airfryer I received.
