Philips Customer Representatives Are Very Rude And Bad

I'm incredibly frustrated with my recent purchase from the Philips online store. It has been 20 days, and my order still hasn't arrived. The product was sent to the courier, but it was returned for some reason. I provided my workplace address, which receives packages from the same courier almost every day. The delivery person left a note claiming they couldn't deliver the package, causing it to be sent back. When I contacted customer service, the representatives were extremely rude and unwilling to assist me. They lacked basic courtesy. I ended up arguing with them over the phone. Their only solution was to cancel the order if I wanted. They absolutely refused to be helpful. From now on, I'll be extra cautious when considering Philips products, and I won't recommend them to my friends and family.
