Philips Airfryer HD9252: Rust Issues and Unhelpful Customer Service

I purchased the Philips Airfryer HD9252, and after only three uses, rust appeared within 15 days. When I called Philips customer service at the number ending in 7445, I received careless responses that led me astray. The employee there responded mockingly, with no interest in resolving the issue. I pointed out that using rust-prone materials in a food-cooking product is against the law, but they remained deafeningly silent. Please send competent representatives. If you can't stand behind your materials, don't mislead people over the phone. What am I supposed to do with this product? Is it safe to cook food in rusted equipment? They refer me to the authorized service center, which speaks gibberish and requests that I bring it there. I can't believe a reputable brand like Philips would act in this manner. You should never jeopardize human health in this way. I'll present your product to the Arbitration Committee, and I'll provide photos as proof.
