Philips 7000 Homerun Robot Vacuum Water Tank Not Working

I purchased a Philips 7000 Homerun robot vacuum from Evkur on December 30, 2023, and its water tank has not been dispensing water to the mop for about 20 days. The device is still under warranty, and I have both the invoice and the warranty certificate. After the issue began, I took the product to an authorized service center, but they classified the water tank as an “accessory,” refused to repair it, and did not offer any solution. Since the water tank function is one of the device’s main features, I request that this issue be resolved. I am asking for the product to be repaired or replaced free of charge.
