I’ve been using the Philips SpeedPro Max cordless vacuum, and despite no force, impact, or fall, the telescopic plastic tube broke during regular use. The break occurred completely on its own, and from what I’ve seen online, many other users have experienced the exact same issue. This clearly points to a recurring manufacturing defect.

The vacuum is still under warranty, and I am requesting a free repair or replacement of the broken part. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.

Philips, this is a product flaw, not user error. Please stand behind your product and take action to resolve my case under warranty. I expect a timely and fair response.
