My Philips XC7043/01 SpeedPro Max upright vacuum cleaner broke on its own in less than a year, without any drops, impacts, or damage. The product is still under warranty, and from what I’ve read, many others have experienced the same issue, which seems to be due to a manufacturing defect. I trusted the Philips brand because of its reputation for quality, but this experience has really shaken my confidence. It’s frustrating to invest in a premium product and see it fail so quickly under normal use. I urgently request that the problem with my product be resolved.
